Dreaming of a tropical destination? Transport yourself to a sunny, beachside cabana with this bright, refreshing, and of course, zero-proof Dry Tai recipe. Mix a few or toss together a pitcher!

Dry Tai

Equipment

  • Measuring cups
  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • 2 tiki glasses (or, any 2 glasses)

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ ounces orgeat syrup
  • ½-1 cup lime seltzer optional
  • Pineapple wedges maraschino cherries, and paper umbrellas, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and orgeat syrup in a shaker with ice.
  • Fill tiki glasses with ice. Strain mixture evenly into 2 glasses. Top with lime seltzer if using.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, and paper umbrellas. Serve & enjoy!
