Tahini Coffee Smoothie

Servings 2 Servings

Equipment

  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Blender
  • Grater/microplane for shaving chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe bananas fresh or frozen
  • 1.5 C Non-dairy milk
  • 2 Shots Espresso or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 Medjool dates large - if using smaller dates, use 4. Remove pits
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 C Ice
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Toppings Cinnamon, shaved dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  • Divide among 2 cups and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and shaved dark chocolate.
