Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Honey and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes -washed peeled, and cubed
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Dash pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the cubed sweet potatoes in a large plastic baggie and add honey, olive oil, and spices. Seal baggie and shake it up until the potatoes are coated nicely.
